Note on displaying authors in ZORA

In the exportable list, publications with fewer than 30 authors are included in full — all author names are retained.
→ Reason: Complete capture of metadata per publication is necessary, e.g., for correct reuse in Swisscovery or other scholarly indexes.

For publications with more than 30 authors, the author list is automatically truncated to 30 names during import. In the same step, an “et al.” is added.
Important: If this truncation would omit UZH authors, those authors are additionally listed at the end of the list after “et al.”.
